Rev. Dr. Daniel W. Surbrook II
Lead Pastor
Pastor Dan has a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University, a Master of Arts in Religion and a Master of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Graduate School, and a Doctor of Ministry from Temple Baptist Seminary. He has served as youth pastor and lead pastor in churches of varying denominations before starting CrossCulture Ministries with his family. Pastor Dan is a “maverick,” often thinking outside the box, making CrossCulture ever-changing for an ever-changing world.
Christopher Matthew Kahabka
Teaching Pastor
Prior to becoming a pastor at CrossCulture, Christopher spent many years in teaching / leadership roles in various ministries. He has 17 years experience teaching junior high Sunday school, 14 years as a youth leader and as a Christian camp counselor, served as an interim pastor for a year, and has led multiple Bible studies.
Tiffany Surbrook
Outreach Pastor / Ministry Center / PraiseCulture
Tiffany serves as manager of the CrossCulture Ministry Center and its parts, including CaféCulture and the TeenCulture Lounge. Tiffany is also a lead vocalist of PraiseCulture, CrossCulture’s worship team.

Outreach / Tech Pastor
Daniel is our outreach pastor for all of our online ministries, including but not limited to social media, website, and video editing. With over 10 years of graphic design experience, he also heads all of our design and technical support.

Betty Guigar
Treasurer / Acting Executive Assistant / PraiseCulture
Betty has been a member of CrossCulture and a lead vocalist of PraiseCulture since our early years as a mobile church. She serves as treasurer and acting executive assistant to Lead Pastor Dan.
